Does anyone know if a D2 (non-authoritative restore) can be on done on
a particular replica set? I have over 70 replica sets 5 of which are
misbehaving. I would like to do a non-authoritative restore on the
server that replication hasn't picked up all the data, but I want to
limit this to those 5 replica sets. Can a D2 be done at replica set
level? A D2 at the server level creates a lot of unneccessary network
traffic that I'd like to avoid if I can.

I believe it can be done per server - which may or may not help you. You
will have to spend time on the MS KB ;)
