it will require LCS2005 and the new Istanbul client.
That's all the information that is public as for today.

You cannot install anyhting, since there haven't
been any public bits, etc., yet.

Thomas covered it pretty well. It will have a few additional requirements
and a separate license (as noted on the LCS page).

I am sure that once it is out there will be appropriate information for
purchasing the licensing and implementing the connectivity.
