Hi Pete,
if you are already using .NET framework 1.1 with MCMS the upgrade should be
smooth.
Be aware that you might need to reinstall server side include and ASP using
the control panel after the upgrade to ensure that MCMS will recognize them
correctly.

have a working MCMS site on a Win 2000, but since we need to install SPS
2003
for our CMS search we also need to upgrade our OS to W2k3. I am aware of
some issues installing SPS 2003 and CMS 2002 on the same machine, but I'm
most particularly interested in CMS issues that could arise when the
machine's OS is upgraded.
