error adding announcements, events or other entries... |

I occasionally get the following error when editing various SharePoint
announcement, event or other entries. Once I return to the original page the
changes are seen as having taking effect, but do you know what might cause
the error below:
Changes to the event were saved, but they could not be communicated to the
Meeting Workspace associated with the event. For more information, contact
the server administrator.
Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.
