Hello,
I have a machine that has multiple instances of SQL, but in the mom console
it show with one, is there some sort of additional configuration we have to
go thorugh for the rest of them to be seen?

Did you run the discovery since you installed MOM on that server?

Yeah, a few times. It doesn't even grab the default install instance.
