I am trying to get my programers connected to the MOM server so that they
can start authoring some service packs for us. I have not found the client
side install. Can anyone out there help me out?

You would need to run MOM Setup on their computers and choose only User
Interfaces. Programmers would use the Administrator console to author
management packs. They will need to follow the instructions in the MOM
Operations Guide to put their Administrator console into Author mode.
Also, be aware that there is a limit of 15 Operator consoles active at
one time, although I am not sure if this is a hard limit having never
had anywhere near that number open.
