Seeing contacts in Communicator |
|
|
I was under the impression that once I installed the Address Book
Service, and configured the Address Book tab at the LCS2005 server
level, all the contacts in the Active Directory would show up in my
Communicator? Is that not how it works? I am not getting an error, but
I also do not see my contacts?? Thanks in advance for help.

Chris,
To my knowledge the Address book service allows for you to look up contacts.
It does not add everyone to your contact list. In the Communicator client
you may do a find on any contact in the address book. Once found you can add
them to your Contact list.
