"URGENT" Out of Box web parts stopped working properly |

Mark Walsh, please forgive me if this is in the wrong place, I was unsure
of where to post.
I can no longer save data to the content editor, not open a site in frontpage
I keep getting these errors:
when trying to open site in frontpage details of error msg:
oap:Server Exception of type
Microsoft.SharePoint.SoapServer.SoapServerException was thrown. A Web Part
or Web Form Control on this Web Part Page cannot be displayed or imported
because it is not registered as safe on this site. You may not be able to
open this page in an HTML editor that is compatible with Microsoft Windows
SharePoint Services, such as Microsoft Office FrontPage. To fix this page,
contact the site administrator to have the Web Part or Web Form Control
configured as safe. You can also remove the Web Part or Web Form Control from
the page by using the Web Parts Maintenance Page. If you have the necessary
permissions, you can use this page to disable Web Parts temporarily or remove
personal settings. For more information, contact your site administrator.

first box:
Cannot retrieve properties at this time
after clicking ok this box appears
Cannot save your changes

I used the maintenance and can only get web part error for every web part on
the site, announcements, events, the out of box ones.
If I delete them all would be find except then I would have no web parts??!!??

Please let me know what to look for

thank you, this company I am contracted to is not using a portal at this
time, but noticed at the bottom that is team services as well. I will try
these fixes.
