Hi,
Thanks for your posting.
I think you can do with the following scenario:
1. Upgrade the PDC of the Windows NT domain to Windows 2003 AD Domain
Controller.
2. Upgrade the BDC with DNS server to Windows 2003 AD Domain
Controller.
During the upgrade, the DNS server will also be upgrade from Windows NT DNS
to Windows 2003 DNS.
After the upgrade, if you want to move the DNS to another Windows 2003
server, you can use the method in the following KB article:

NOTE: Windows 2003 DNS moving is same as Windows 2000.
