Is there anyway to make a WebPart Independent of vertical Scrolls...

Hi,

I have a Summary WebPart in the Header Zone...I want the user to see the web
part all the time.. Like when i scroll the page down I am moving away from
the header web part zone..Which means that I dont see the Summary web part
when I scrolll down the page..

Instead I want to see the webpart continuosly even after I scroll the page
down...
