When I go into action, options and than phone my settings are greyed out,
does anyone know where comm. gets these settigns from? I do not have a

Pete,
Taken from -
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HP011725301033.aspx?clid=en-us
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Personal tab lists the phone numbers you want to share with others.
These may include additional phone numbers that are not stored in your
organization's global address list (GAL). Additionally, you can simply store
the contact information for your personal reference.
Note You cannot modify the existing phone number that is published from the
GAL.
