hi,

it seems impossible for us to delete custom providers. I have test providers
that
were only used once by a test rule - so for sure this provider is not used
elsewhere -
still it is not possible to delete it. I get a msg saying "The provider
cannot be deleted because
it is used by one or more rules." - which for sure it isn't.

has anyone of you had the same problem? is it possible to get rid of those
unused providers?

Hello,

Thank you for your posting!

Please try to restart the MOM Service first

If you have any questions, please feel to let me know. I am glad to be of
assistance.

Hi Daniel,

thanks for your answer.
Restarting the MOM service did you bring any change.
It is still not possible to delete custom providers that are not used by any
rules anymore.
