Hi everybody
I would like to change the text and title of the Production manager,
approval assistant, resource manager, select template gallery, etc. , as the
users don't speak english. How can I do this. I saw that there are many .inc
files that have constants with text and also messages to display. Are those
constants value that I have to change? I've also noticed that these files are
duplicated in the MCMS_Sp1A_UpgradeBackup folder...

Hello Karina

1) Open your default console file with ascx extention (in my case it is
defaultconsole.ascx)
2) search for i.e. Production Manager and translate it into a proper lang.
3) repeat a.m. step for other words
4) that's all - in my case it works perfectly

Thank you Dariusz, but maybe I didn't explain myself very well.
I'd already change the text of the link to the production manager,etc. in
the console, what I want to change know is the text inside the Production
Manager, the Resource Manager, etc.
I mean, I want to change for example the "Select Resource Gallery", "View
Pages in Production", "Select Template Gallery" strings by their traduction
in italian.
Any ideas'll be appretiated, thank you.

MCMS is shipped in four languages: english, french, german, japanese.
If your customer is able to work with one of the above languages he should
use the specific version.
If your customer would like to use a different language you could localize
web author using the following white paper:
