How can I find out when WSS SP2 was installed on the server? |

How/where can I find out when WSS SP2 was installed on the server? The
event logs do not go back far enough, is there another way?

Try going to Add/Remove Programs, check the box to Show Updates, and then
scroll to the bottom, it shows all the updates for windows server 2003 with
the installation date, it may also show you the updates for SharePoint. Give
it a shot.

I checked those, but those do not list the WSS item. Any other
possible ideas on this one? Thanks for the help.

Try to apply it, if it's already applied it will only show a message box
telling that the SP has been already applied.

If all you want is *if* SP2 has been applied, you can look at the version
number.

includes a list of version numbers (and how to see them)
