I am getting this error on a clustered exchange virtual server.

Failed to open Storage Group with CDO. ERROR: 0x8000FFFF(-2147418113)
The RPC server is unavailable.

Facility: Win32
ID no: c00706ba
Microsoft CDO for Exchange Management


Anyone have any thoughts?

Any ideas of what specifically related to DNS or GC could cause this?

There are no rules in the firewall preventing access, and the RPC
server port is open and accessible.
