Hi

I am running Sharepoint Portal Server 2003 and i am wanting to put some rss
feeds from the internet on the page. However our proxy server requires
authentication.

How do i do this?

i have got some code froom around the place that goes into the web config

<system.net>
<defaultProxy>
<proxy proxyaddress="proxy.srv:80" bypassonlocal = "true"/>
</defaultProxy></system.net>

but this does not allow me to put in username and password.

Please help

Thanks
