I am now getting this Error Alert about Global Virtual Directory from my
Management Servers.

Description:
Default global virtual directory not configured.

Has anyone an idea?

Thanks,

Topokin,

I think this alert is generated by MBSA Management Pack. And the reason for
that is because you have not assigned a Virtual directory for the
MSSecure.cab file, which is downloaded automatically or manually and
distributed to the agents for security updates. If you have imported MBSA MP
but not configured MBSA MP fully, then the rule that is generating this alert
can be disabled easily. Just locate what rule is generating this alert (from
operator console) and disable it (from Admin console). Hope this helped. Let
me know your progress.

Dipu,

You are right, I actually just importing MBSA Mgt Pack but have not
configured it.

For now, I have to reinstall my whole MOM environment. Hoping it will go
easy as the earlier installation.

I will get back on the MBSA mgt Pack once it has been configured.

Cheers,

Good Luck with your re-install. Let me know about MBSA progress once you get
there.
