Hi,

We have just downloaded Avaya Phone Manager Lite 3.0.12 in order to test
Instant Messenger feature.

We seem to be having problems with this. Has anybody else managed to set
this up?

We have Live Communications server 2005 installed and currently users use
Office Communicator or Windows Messenger. We would like to integrate our
phones with live communications.

We have filled in options for server, username, TCP protocol and password
but it comes up with error saying login failed.
