When trying to log into the site manager I receive the following error.

could not create Active X Control for Frame Window due to the following error
Failed to load Control "image list" from MSCOMCTL.OCX. Your version may be
outdated.

Does anyone happen to know how to fix this?

Hi

You could get the tool to store the statistics in a separate database and
query from there.

Unfortunately, direct queries to the database will break support boundaries.

Hi Kim,

sounds as if the MSCOMCTL.OCX file on your box has been replaced with an
older version by a differnent software install.
Please check the size and file date of this file.
The version should be 1066176 bytes in size and should have a date of
05/22/2000
