Need Two Reports |

As part of our support for our client we provide Capacity and
Availability Reports. These reports are taken from MOM 2005. The
reports are okay in terms of backend server availability. From what I
see the Availability report is based on store uptime which is fine.
Unfortunately we are also using OWA/SMTP as Exchange Front End Servers.
I think this where MOM 2005 comes up a bit short, "out of the Box" it
can't tell you how long OWA has been up or at least from the reports I
have been scrounging through. This would be the same for SMTP, by
default MOM provides Protocol Utilization reports.
Though I admit that I am a newbie to MOM 2005. Is there any way to get
this out of MOM 2005. Logically I thought that you would just need to
install the MGMT Pack for IIS to get this Availability data. I
explained this to the MOM team and they gave me an ambigous response of
"we'll see" and "can't you look into the default reports" response.
