I would first check to see what time your Groom job starts and check if
anything else is runnig, like a backup.

I go to the SQL enterprise manager, I acess the respective MOM grooming
job. I see it is "red".
Then I start the grooming job manually. It works, it change status to
"succeeded".
Then later I keep getting below erros in MOM again. How can I fix this ?
