How do I get internet explorer to be my internet provider? With out using msn,
aol,peoplpc, ect ?

Internet Explorer is just a web browser. You have to have an ISP, be it
dial-up (MSN, AOL, PeoplePC), or broadband (Verizon, Comcast, etc). After
connecting via your ISP, you should be able to utilize Internet Explorer as
you would the AOL, MSN, or other browsers.
