Hello

I have been using WMI to create DFS Links on my remore DFS Server for a
while using the Win32_DFSNode Class's create method. Suddenly this has
stopped working and is giving me an error 5 which is

Access Denied.

whenever i try to create the link.

Connecting to the remote WMI Server is fine and it is not a permission
issues as This fails when when logged on as domain Admin. The script works
fine when you run it on the dfs server itself.!!

I have also tried using the WshRemote Object to launch the dfscmd command
util remotley on the server too and got the same error 5

Access Denied

Although i can seem to do anyother task.

Any Ideas?

From reading the above thread, it sounds like there have been some changes
to the WMI classes in SP1. Can you experiment with some different monikers?
