Hi,

By using MS Office Communicator with Office 2003 SP2 and Smart Tags, you are
supposed to be able to write the name of the person (let's say Joe Bloom) in
a Word document and a jelly bean is supposed to appear on is name and from
there you can send that person an e-mail or call etc.

I've tried that with a name and sometimes it appears and sometimes it does
not. Is there a reason for that?
