I have recently completed an in place upgrade from nt4 single domain to a new
ad 2003 domain. I am still in the interim mode, Before I go to exchange 2003
from exch 55 I noticed in DNS that there is GUID in
_msdc.domainname.local>domain>assd.ddd40866.32d45.48858e6654
under this heiarchy is the _tcp folder and in it resides the SRV record for
LDAP which points to my domain controler. As well, I was getting DNS event
Viewer error ID's 4005 and 4015. After severl reboots of this Server these
errors have gone away.
Everything appears to be OK. Should I worry?

Everything is OK. That is normal behavior, if you have only one 2003 DC.
