Client profile causes Excel hungap |
|
|
I have a client profile that causes Excel to hang whenever trying to print to
a Adobe Acrobat .pdf. I believe the problem is with the profile, because
other profiles do not cause the issue on the same hardware, and this profile
causes it on all hardware. I will have to address the Exchange profile for
this client as well if I have to recreate the profile. Any suggestions would
be appreciated. |

Re-name the profile and have the user log in again which create a new clean
one from scratch and hopefully resolve the problem if it's profile-related
as you indicated.

The only problem I have with this is that I have a uniform profile naming
convention, and I am concerned that I will not be able to return the client
to the original profile and maintain uniformity.
