Changing Time Question:

I'm in Eastern Time and I have 2 servers that are part of a 2003 AD
environment. I uncheck the box to automatically adjust clock for
daylight savings time because on Saturday night I do not want to the
clock to change. But ever time I uncheck it the clock resets its self
back 1 hour? I set it to the normal time and after about 30 minutes it
goes back an hour again? Is it settings it’s time off the BIOS or is AD
resetting the time. We want to manually change the time on Sunday
afternoon due to our reports we generate? Any help would be greatly
appreciated!!

Question on Password:

I have set a complex password policy over the domain but there is one
user account I want to use a 7 character all lower case password. So I
created a GPO and set it not to inherit and did a gpupdate /force but
it still makes me create a complex password with upper and lower case
for this one user account? How can I set just for just a lower case
password?

Thanks in Advance!!

Then the server is not the DC with the PDC "role". The DC with the PDC
"role" is the only one you can manually change the time because all other
machines will sync to it. What it happening is that the machine is
automatically switching to the time that "agrees" with the DC when daylight
savings time is not observed.
