Email Enabled Document Libaries problem |

Hi,
We have created a document libary and sucessfully got it working with
clients sending emails with rft attachments to it. However the purpose of
this doc libary is to accept emails from our ERP system, which does not work.
The email makes it to the public folder but does not get into sharepoint,
instead we get a email return stating as follows
The file or folder name "Test Mail Enabled/<SS05RP1.RTF>" contains
characters that are not permitted. Please use a different name.
I know it is not the subject of the docukment it's self, as i replicated it
on my client. the only difference I see between mails that work and those
that do not is the lack of information when you right click the email in
outlook and selct options where the internet headers should be, instead there
is nothing
Can this be resolved in share point or can i accumplish this a different way
that in advance for any help |
