I have a server for the AD(single forest, single domain), a second
server for LCS (EE) and a third for backend db SQL 2000 - when I try to
create the enterprise pool it fails with Failed to start SQL service
The error is as below:
Failure [0xC3EC783D] Failed to start SQL service.
All looks fine on the SQL server, I'm able to connect and see db
content (using osql -U<username> -P <password> -dpilot-instance)when
I'm on the SQL server,
I am not able to do the same from the LCS server. Client tools is
installed on the LCS server. odbc was configured as well
Is there something that has been missed which allows the LCS to comm to
the SQL db? |
