The delegation for _msdcs.domain.local in my test domain.local zone is gone
after I deleted it and re-created it (for testing and practice purposes).
Now, when I go through the wizard to re-create it, I only get so far before
I get confused. I will now insert the real AD domain name here. I
basically right-click on the ebiz.local zone and choose 'New Delegation'. I
press 'Next' and enter _msdcs in the 'Delegated domain' field which
automatically enters in _msdcs.ebiz.local into the 'Fully qualified domain
name' field beneath. Then I press 'Next'. In the resulting 'Name Servers'
dialog box this is where I get confused. I have a single-server named
ebiz-gate. I press 'Add' and enter ebiz-gate.ebiz.local, it's IP address
underneath and then 'Next' and 'Finish. Is this all I need to do?

That is all you need to do. That is, besides making sure you have a
_msdcs.domain.local zone.
