Company Knowledge based on servers |
|
|
Hi All,
Would it be possible to follow up the company knowledge based on servers? Is
it possible to run a script or report to gather the company
knowledge/problem history of a server so you can see the history of a
specific server at a point in time?
Regards,
Yaman |

Hello,
Thank you for your posting!
You should use Operator Console and state view. And you can use MOM
Reporting for the report. You may also import the suitable Management Pack
with Report first
If you have any questions, please feel to let me know. I am glad to be of
assistance.

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your answer. I don't know in what structure the data is kept
within the database. So I know that some reports are available in MPs that
list the history of a specific server. If not would it be possible to write
such a report? I mean when the reports within the MPs are not sufficient
shall we be able to write a report that would summarize all the company
knowledge about a specific server. Your answer to my last question would be
quite satisfactory for me. Thank you for your efforts.
Regards,
Yaman
