We've inherited a CS2k2 application and want to install the feature
pack.

There are customizations in business desk. One such customization is
that a new menu item (and subitems) has been created so that we
administer a partnership program from within business desk.

Will these customizations have to be rewritten when we install the
feature pack?

The feature pack does not contain major modifications to Business desk
other than removing some of the catalog editor menus
I think you should be fine
