Sounds like your security configuration file is missing this permission.
The nice way to do is create your own security policy file and add the permission
to it (look at http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/spptsdk/html/smpscCodeAccessSecurityDevs_SV01071445.asp
and the sdk provides more info oabout how to do this

The easy (and insecure) way is to change the web.config file trust level
to , for example, Full, and notice that the problem is gone.
