I have an NT4 Server that is a PDC, a 2nd NT4 Server that is a BDC and I want
to replace the PDC with a new W2K3 Server. The end game is to remove the NT4
PDC, have the users authenticate to the W2K3 Server and just to make things
interesting, the NT4 BDC must remain on the network as there is an app that
must live on an NT4 server.

Can anyone suggest a way to perform this hybrid upgrade.

Thanks

The easiest way would be to install NT 4.0 on the new server as a BDC while
connected to your existing network. Then promote to PDC and upgrade to Win
2k3 and AD.

Remove the NT 4.0 BDC that originally was the PDC.
