If the spooler resource is associated with the name resource you target you
should see the "Printers" folder on Win2k.

| Quote: | I am trying to setup network printers in my W2K clustered environment. I
have 2 nodes in my cluster. I have installed a network printer on each
node
and shared it. The printer shows up as a resource when I browse to the
virtual server, however when I try to connect to it from a workstation I
get
a message "Windows cannot connect to the printer....may have lost its
connection to the server, etc.".
I am able to send a test page from the virtual server itself to the
printer.
I have a printer resource online in Cluster Manager.
I am able to connect to network file shares ok on the Virtual server.
I have noticed that there isn't a "printers and faxes" folder when I
browse
to available resources on the Virtual server.
Can someone advise me on what I should be checking or looking at to get
this
working?
Thanks in advance for any advice! |
