I am trying to setup network printers in my W2K clustered environment. I
have 2 nodes in my cluster. I have installed a network printer on each node
and shared it. The printer shows up as a resource when I browse to the
virtual server, however when I try to connect to it from a workstation I get
a message "Windows cannot connect to the printer....may have lost its
connection to the server, etc.".

I am able to send a test page from the virtual server itself to the printer.

I have a printer resource online in Cluster Manager.

I am able to connect to network file shares ok on the Virtual server.

I have noticed that there isn't a "printers and faxes" folder when I browse
to available resources on the Virtual server.

Can someone advise me on what I should be checking or looking at to get this
working?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

If the spooler resource is associated with the name resource you target you
should see the "Printers" folder on Win2k.
