Hi,

I just go MOM2005 SP1 installed. I installed MOM reporting too, and my
question is : what DB must be bigger than the other ?

MOM OnePoint Database limited 30GB.System Center Data Warehouse must need to
larger than OnePoint database to store all of the data.

Normally the Reporting DB will be much bigger than the OnePoint(MOM) DB

per default you have about 5 days of data in the Onepoint DB and maximum
390 days of data in reporting. Supported sizes are 30 GB for the
Onepoint DB and 1 TB for the Reporting DB

Initial recommende size for the Onepoint DB is 15 GB per MS
documentation.
But you might have a look at the sizer tool also:
