My understanding is that this is not possible since it requires Microsoft to
make changes to their production servers, changes to existing MSN passport
accounts containing your SIP domain, etc. This would affect your end users'
ability to login to MSN IM while you test.
This article provides a good list of limitiations with PIC,especially MSN.

But do you know if there is a posibility that microsoft let me proof this
type of conectivity (MNS vs LCS) to evaluate if is posibble to implement in
my scenario
That i really want is a platform like Share Point Web offers. The web of
Share point offers to create a virtual Server in the web and Customize to
proof , and evaluate if is possible to implemente in my work.
But i dont know if this exist..

There is a way to sign up for the PIC as a trial (60 days, I believe). I
can't find this on the public web site, but if you check in with your sales
poc they should be able to help.
