I have a Windows 2003 DCs only and some remnant W2k file servers. I'm
running Win2k3 Domain functional level.

I have mapped a file share from Win2k server in DFS and it is working fine.
I have tried to replicate it using DFS to another server that is running W2k3
with no sucess.

When I create a new "link" from a Win2k3 share and attempt replicate it to
another Win2k3 share, it works fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

What is wrong? You cannot enable replication between a 2000 link target and
a 2003 link target? What error do you get?

I can "enable" it but it doesn't replicate anything. I'm not sure what
specific error you are asking for. I get a flood of info from the FRS diag
that I run.

Which tool should I run to get the errors?

There's a couple. NTFRSUTL (CMD), SONAR (GUI) and ULTRASOUND (GUI).
There's also the NtFrs log (but I'm not very good with that).

Anything worth noting in the FRS event log?
