Does Windows 2003 SMTP service look for a reverse lookup when receiving mail
from another Exchange or email server over the internet. A certain domain is
having trouble emailing to our POP mail server and I noticed they do not have
a reverse lookup. Would this cause 4.7.1 delay message errors? The email
does go through but they continue to receive these errors.
