I have several W2K SP3 clusters running Exchange 2K. The MSDTC service is
running in standalone mode on both nodes and has been for some time. Can I
just run comclust on both nodes to configure the MSDTC as a cluster
resource.

Yes.Ensure you do not close the command prompr before the command completes
on both of the nodes.
