I'm using the ADMT v2 while in the process of migrating away from a
legacy NT4 domain, the NT4 PDC I installed it on is buckling a little
and I wondered if there was any reason why I shouldn't remove it and
install on another BDC? Are there any problems associated with it?

Craig,
It should be installed on a PDC so promote the BDC to PDC then when the
migration is completed re-promote the original PDC.
