I expect that they understand me.
In SharePoint, How increment the size of upload documents for everyone of
the users?

I am assuming that you want to increase the maximum upload size of the
document allowed by default in Windows SharePoint Services.
You can do this form,
Windows SharePoint Services Central Administration --> Configure virtual
server settings --> Click on the server name you want --> Virtual server
general settings --> Maximum Upload Size.

Hola Carlos,
I presume you speak Spanish. In a Spanish version of SharePoint, the path
for the latest answer is:
Desde la "Pagina Principal" -> "Configuracion del sitio" -> "Ir a la
administracion central de SharePoint Portal Server" -> "Configurar opciones
de servidor virtual desde la página Lista de servidores virtuales" -> escoges
el servidor indicado -> "Configuración general del servidor virtual" ->
"Máximo tamaño de carga"
