I have installed a terminal server on the network (member server) and need
to setup a licensing server on the SBS. When I started to add this, it came
back that a number of services may not function properly anymore.

Has anyone else installed the licensing server on the SBS box?

Any information about TS licensing on the SBS box or the network would be
appreciated.

Configure a second server with Terminal Server. This document includes
information for planning and deploying across several common scenarios.

Thanks for responding Kevin.
So even though this is for 2003 it should apply to 2000 sbs also?

I already have installed the second server with terminal services. I guess
the real question I am asking is does the SBS box need to be the licensing
server for the organization? And if it is installed on the SBS box does it
have any adverse affect on the other services running on it?

yes you want the sbs server to manage the licensing. there may be a similar
document for an SBS2000 environment.

Thanks Kevin I thought I read that somewhere but what scared me was when I
was installing it it warned about several other services like exchange that
could be affected by it.
