Hello everybody,

I'm planning to configure a W2k3 cluster. I have a question about the
hardware of the two nodes.

Hardware:

FSC RX300
SAN attached shared disk resources

Both servers are identicall and have the same configuration except onboard
controller SCSI drive. This controller have a RAID-1 with system partition.
No shared disk resources of the cluster.

Will I have any problem with this reason? Exchange and file services will be
in the cluster.

Thanks everybody.

You can configure a cluster with different hardware and it will likely
"work" but it might not be supported. Here's an article which describes just
what differences your cluster nodes can have and still maintain MS support:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/814607

John
