NT Server Info:
Server 01 (Member Server) - PIII 733 Mhz
Server 02 (BDC) - PII 400 Mhz
Server 03 (PDC) - Pentium Pro

My plan:
Install 1 PIII 866 Mhz PC as BDC and then promote it role to PDC. Upgrade
to Windows 2003 Enterprise Server (All my existing user accounts will
remains, it's has > than 300 user accounts and groups). This will be my
domain controller (root tree) or first AD domain in my tree.
Install new XEON server as part of my domain tree.
Upgrade the rest of NT server to Windows 2003 server.
Dispose old Server 03 and Server 02.

Question:
After install the new XEON server, I want this new XEON server to be the
root domain of my tree. What I need to do? Just copy the Global Catalog
from the PC I upgrade to this XEON server. Kindly advise.
