We've created a new domain in our network to hold CMS users. We've been
trying to add it to the list of domains CMS recognized and the SCA can't seem
to find it. A trust relationship does exists between the domain CMS resides
on and the new domain. The built in Microsoft tools recognize the new domain.
(i.e., we can add users from the new domain to local groups on the server,
etc)

The SCA cannot find the new domain at all, though. Any thoughts? (We feel
this is CMS-specific since everything else on the server works with the new
domain.)

Just to follow up: I did see this article:

But we are at SP1.

Hi Paul,

please open a support case for this.
There can be several different reasons for this problem and we need to
analyze this in detail using network monitor traces by analyzing the LDAP
traffic.

Cheers,
Stefan
