Can i make a IAS server authenticate users in another domain? I have a
to-way trust with selective authentication in place.

It should work as explained in the link below. I believe the IAS server
just needs to be a domain member. Selective authentication will need to be
configured to allow access to the needed servers in the trusted domain and
for the IAS server itself by configuring the allowed to authenticate
permission in ADUC for the computer accounts. --- Steve
