placeholders.dll problem during installation |

Hi there, am having a problem that I wonder if anyone else has come
across.
Downloaded the CMServer ISO from MSDN, and atempting to install it.
Got past all the Webcontrols fun, finally installing when I have
encountered the following error:
Error 1308: Source file not found.
....\Msi\Pfiles\MCMS\Server\bin\Microsoft.ContentManagement.Publishing.Extenstions.Placeholders.dll.
Verify that the content exists and you can access it.
Well I have looked and lo and behold there is no placeholders.dll on
the ISO image I got from MSDN. Anyone else got his problem? Any idea
where the heck I could download the placeholders.dll from?
