Hi,
I have a windows 2003 server environment in my network and all the servers
have McAfee 8.0 antivirus.
I see that opcmona.exe is consuming lot of memory.
Can any one suggest, how to take care of this issue.

Thanks in advance
Regards
Jagminder

We have the same issue in our environment with the Openview process OPCMONA.exe

The release notes with VirusScan 8.0i patch 13 claim that they resolve the issue by actually unregistering the scriptproxy.dll when script scanning is disabled, but we are yet to discover if this is actually the case.

After this you can apply McAfee Hotfix HF217812

(We still ended up disabling the scriptscan process on the servers concerned even after appliying & restarting the above.)
