The SPS template dir has a default.aspx file, I would like to add a
similar index.aspx file, however, there doesn't seem to be an easy way
to do this. I have added the file to the SPS dir and updated the
ONET.XML to reference it however, it seems like once that Home area is
created it can't be refreshed.

Does anyone know of anyway to do this ? Can the proper entries be
instered into the Docs table perhaps ?

Basically I have a lot of users with their home page set to
/index.aspx and no easy way to change them (without getting a lot of
grief).

Any ideas ?
